Welcome to youCheckin, the digital platform that simplifies and automates the check-in process for hospitality facilities and guests, ensuring security, speed, and regulatory compliance.
Accessing and using the youCheckin website and platform implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Please read them carefully before using the service.

Definitions

Service Owner: Cyberneid Srl, headquartered in Via Croce Rossa, Naples, contact email: info@cyberneid.com
Platform: the web and mobile system “youCheckin” that enables the digital management of the check-in process and guest identification.
User: any individual or entity who accesses, browses, or uses the platform, either as a hospitality facility operator (Hotel, B&B, Vacation Home, etc.) or as a guest.
Service: the set of features offered by youCheckin, including the creation, management, and verification of digital check-ins, electronic identification, and secure data transmission.

Purpose of the Service

youCheckin allows hospitality facilities to:

  • create and send personalized digital check-ins to their guests;

  • automatically receive validated identification data;

  • comply with legal obligations regarding guest registration;

  • simplify document management through the integration of ID proofing, KYC, and biometric recognition technologies.

Guests can use the platform to complete online self check-in, verifying their identity through an electronic document and facial recognition, in full compliance with privacy and security standards.

Registration and Access

To use certain features, account registration is required.
The user must provide truthful, complete, and up-to-date information and maintain the confidentiality of their login credentials.
The Owner is not responsible for improper use or unauthorized access resulting from the user’s negligence in safeguarding credentials.

Proper Use of the Platform

The user agrees to use youCheckin in compliance with the law, current regulations, and these Terms.
It is prohibited to:

  • provide false information or forged documents;

  • use the platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes;

  • interfere with or attempt to compromise the security and functionality of the service;

  • copy, decompile, or modify the youCheckin software in any way.

The Owner reserves the right to suspend or deactivate an account in case of misuse or suspected violation of the rules.

Owner’s Liability

youCheckin uses the best available technologies to ensure service continuity, security, and accuracy.
However, the Owner cannot be held liable for:

  • temporary interruptions due to maintenance, updates, or force majeure;

  • improper use of the platform by users;

  • indirect damages, loss of data, or profits arising from the use or inability to use the service.

The Owner is not responsible for the accuracy of the data entered by guests, which remains the sole responsibility of the hospitality facility that collects it.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, graphics, designs, code, and software related to youCheckin are the exclusive property of the Owner and are protected by applicable copyright and industrial property laws.
Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use of the content without written consent from the Owner is strictly prohibited.

Personal Data Protection

The processing of personal data complies fully with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian privacy legislation.

Duration and Termination

The agreement between the user and youCheckin is valid from the moment the account is activated and remains in effect until its closure or deactivation.
The Owner may terminate the service at any time in the event of:

  • violation of these Terms;

  • unlawful use of the platform;

  • technical, regulatory, or security reasons.

Changes to the Terms

The Owner may modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.
Changes will take effect on the date of publication on the website or upon user notification.
Continued use of the platform after such modifications implies acceptance of the updated Terms.
